Fence Compliance Certificate
- Acknowledges that the pool fence has been built to comply with the Standard AS1926 may be issued by a Private Certifier

Pool owners have three routes to acquire a Pool Compliance Certificate. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages. We use the Design Build Certify model.

Certification Trigger
The five reasons that will trigger a need for you to get a Compliance Certificate ( CC )are

To sell your house (selling with a Non Compliance Certificate – NCC -is short sighted because a NCC will automatically go to council who could force you to get a Compliance Certificate before you sell. NCC are self defeating option)

To rent your house – Leases without a CC are invalid

Random Council Inspection – Councils are selecting homes for random inspection.

Council approved home renovations – including anything done to the house.

Banks and Pension funds now demand a CC prior to any settlement because of perceived liability
